I did yoga in the morning today. It was cold at night and I slept with an open window so my muscles were pretty stiff, but I solved this problem in almost 30 mins. Unfortunately, they turned my light off in the morning so I had to exercise with the videos I've downloaded before (I usually have a couple of those on my phone for such cases. I usually use any youtube converter as the tagged one for this as it provides me with the videos of good quality).

Today I just did bodyweight exercises:
Jumping jacks
Burpees
Plank jacks
Squat jumps
Mountain climbers
