I did yoga in the morning today. It was cold at night and I slept with an open window so my muscles were pretty stiff, but I solved this problem in almost 30 mins. Unfortunately, they turned my light off in the morning so I had to exercise with the videos I've downloaded before (I usually have a couple of those on my phone for such cases. I usually use any as the tagged one for this as it provides me with the videos of good quality).

I had a similar situation when I decided to do running and severely sprained my foot ligaments. It was an incredible pain. Went to my doctor and he prescribed me treatment and rehabilitation therapy. It's been six months and now I'm running around with my dog. Why the dog? The dog is hardy and when he gets tired he slows down and slows me down. I don't overdo it and the pet enjoys our runs.
