I did. Was doing some wall pilates. Hard tho

So glad you brought this thread back—definitely one of those topics that deserves more love! I'm the same way: I try to work out regularly and feel proud when I do, but talking about it too much with friends feels like a fast track to being “that person” 😅

That’s why I love spaces like this—where we can motivate each other and share what keeps us going. For me, keeping workouts fun is key. Some days I’ll throw on music, and other times I’ll start with a few funny jokes just to lighten the mood. Yes, staying active is essential for both physical and mental well-being. Even a short workout or a brisk walk can make a significant difference. How about you? Did you find time to exercise today?
