Well I hit the Dumbbells and the sandbag today and they didnt hit back but the sprints I did after sure did. Checked body fat % today too came in at 17% not bad for 230 and 5'8'' so change my goal...

Thanks everyone. It was tough at times just your normal temptations at times made my focus waver but I feel so much better now with not eating processed food and the weight down my energy is way up...
