Sometimes its not how much we eat but what we're eating. Maybe try an elimination diet to weed out problem foods. Many have trouble with wheat, soy, dairy, or nightshades.

Congrats on your progress. I also have been doing the green smoothies 3-4 days a week, mostly because I'm to lazy to cook. You might try to add some fat i.e. coconut oil, avacado, macadamia nuts....
