Red face Goal Weight

Hi, My name is Tasha and i'm new to fitday. I hate to say it but I'm 269, I started at 270. My goal weight right now is to be under 200, so 199, and then I'd still like to be 160. But we'll see how that goes. I'm trying to set small goals for myself that way it seems like I'm being more successful and wanting to get the next goal underway.

I am 160lb right now which is June 4 and my goal is to be 140lb at the end of July because I'm going back to my country by then and if you know about asian girls at all, they're tiny. I'm the biggest girl in the whole town [sigh]. I have just started Fitday about 2 weeks so if any of you have any tips or advice, please share!! Good luck to us all.

Hello all.... I started at 152 lbs. at 26% body fat, I am now 143 1bs. at 21% body fat

My goal for weight is ????? but I would like to get down to 7% body fat..
Doing my first figure competition in Oct. Im guessing my weight will be 120 lbs at that % but I dont have a clue..

So good luck everyone on your goals

Unhappy Weight GAIN??

Oh My God. This is soo annoying. I need help. Okay so I am 95 pounds and need to gain weight. Why doesn't this site support that??? No sites ever do and I can't do it by myself

Don't aim for 7%... thats crazy.

I have just joined this site and am at 172 and would really like to be at 120 or 125lbs. Mercy tho' I am having a hard time gettin' started. Need to do this for myself and my health and well being. I will accept any and all help and advise.

I suggest you check out Bodybuilding.com. There are lots of people there that have your same problem. They have a posting in the Forums under Post Your Pictures called Transformations from Skinny to Mass that is filled with success stories and progress pictures. In my opinion the best way to gain the weight you want is to add muscle. Lift weights (not just the pink and purple ones) as heavy as you can handle. Don't do Cardio and make sure your protein intake is 1g to 1.5g per pound of body weight per day. Good luck!
