i have been working on my Carb/ Fat/ Protein Ratio, trying to keep the carb as low as i can, but the best i've done with carbs is keeping it around 35 to 40%, also trying to raise the protein level higher to around 35-40% as well.
what is your strategy?
I'm watching calories and carbs and trying to boost protein. And walking and weights. 5 days a week walking (3 days at an hour at a time, 2 at 30 minutes and then weight training the other 30 minutes).

I know. This is the time for me. And it'll happen.

Cool hello :)

26 y/o female, 5'1.5"
I'm usually between 100-103lbs, I was 112lbs 5.12.2010
My goal is 105lbs and to get my 6pack poppin out again

2008 was my best year. I was 102-103lbs, 6pack, fit & lean, crunches 2xs a day, resistance bands and playing tennis 3-4xs a week. I am trying my best to get back to that. I'm trying to turn the extra weight into muscle. It's tough, the dicipline on my part has gone down and I've been saying "whatever" and eating anything.

I can do this and you can too!

just wanted to post this somewhere-

I just made 25 pounds lost- which is more than I've lost all at once in years. I've gone from 235 to 210. I still have 75 more to go, but, somehow, that seems a whole hell of a lot better than 100

Originally, I wanted to be 200 or under at the end of this month, which is probably not going to happen. I'd be really happy to make it around 205. My short term goal is 195 (or lower, and def. a pants size down!) by my eight year anniversary.

Of course, I want to just blow people away at the next thanksgiving and christmas get-togethers

The little things that keep us going!

22 year old female, started on Feb 1st at 148 (height is 5'2"). currently, 140. ultimately want to be 125 lbs, but my short term goal is 135 by June 30.

I'm a 5'5 female, 28 years old, hoping to go from 170 to 145. I've done it before, but got lazy and let my eating/drinking habits get out of control. But I'm ready now, and this post is here to remind me of that

I am 5'8" and 44 years old. At my heaviest, I was 217 pounds (about 8 weeks ago). I've lost 19 pounds and my final goal is between 130-140 pounds. And here's the kicker...I want to maintain that, even if it means getting on the scale every day for the rest of my life.

My first goal is to weigh 175 pounds by August 15 so I can sky dive.

Current weight: 230 Pounds
Long Term Weight Loss Goal: 100 pounds (by May 2011)
Short Term Goal: 15 pounds (by June 30,2010).

Hi!!
I am 27,5'8" and I weight about 185lbs. My goal is to hit 160lbs by september. I lost 20lbs last spring/summer by using fitday and am hoping that I can do it again!!

Starting weight 112lbs current weight 108.5lbs.

I know some of you are probably rolling your eyes at this because you're probably thinking, what are you talking about, you're skinny... I joined fitday to become physically fit or more fit. Like how I was in 2008 but more.

Hope everyone is staying on tracking and shedding pounds! :P

Today I weight 166 lbs. My goal weight is 115 lbs which is healthy for my height. I plan to reach this goal by or before a year from now. Wish me luck!
