Hi everyone, I started my diet back in mid april weighing in at apprx 125lbs. I woukout out between 4-6 days a week doing everythng from intense cardio to spininning, zumba, kickboxing and yoga at the gym.for the past month I have been doing circuit training at home with jackie warners video and it has made a noticible diff. i need to lose 10 more lbs to be at my goal which is 105. Just 4 days ago I added the 30 day shred (jillian micheals) level 2 and am now at level 3. on top of that I still do my 40 min circuit with jackie warner and I've seen great results in just the 4 days! I do try to stay away from carbs and keep my caloric intake under 1300 but it's hard so I have to workout even harder

Hi! I am 212 lbs. and my long term goal is 135-145 lbs. My short term goal is to do everything I can to lose 2 lbs. per week. I am keeping my calories at around 1200-1300 and doing some form of exercise 6 days per week. I enjoy Zumba, C25K, walking, bicycling, and competitve sports.

This is my first day here. I am currently at about 180, 5' 2". My Dr. says I need to get down to at least 160 to get out of "obese" and into "overweight". She thinks I am far exceeding my caloric needs. I have tracked my food all day today, and so far, at about 2 hours before dinner, I am only at 1100. I am not dieting, I am just starting with tracking what I'm really doing, so my 1100 calories even includes the cookies I had for my afternoon snack!
Other than that, though, I do pretty good. Fat free yogurt with fresh fruit for breakfast, 1/2 a tuna sandwhich for lunch with some carrots and tomatoes, an apple for another snack... I never drink any soda, but occassionally do have coffee. Today, just water and one cup of green tea. I am also very active, I'm at the gym at 5-6 times per week.
I'm really hoping that tracking my food for a week will help me identify what else I can change, besides the cookies, that is...

i just joined fit day today, i started about a month ago with walking and not eating after 8. i joined a group a week ago in a weight loss challenge. i lost 3.2 in one week and since i started walking a month ago i lost 12. i started at 271 and would like to get to 160. im hoping to achive this with perserverance and support

I just joined today and I'm glad that I did. My current weight is 200 and my goal weight is 130. My goal is to be down to that weight by the end of this year. I know I can do it if I put my mind to it.
