1. Pay no attention to your weight scale. Use your mirror instead to judge your progress.
2. Drink lots of water
3. See a nutritionist about a proper balanced diet you can manage.
4. Have patience. If you have eaten "bad foods" a lot, it will take your body a while to adjust to the proper nutrients and in time, your body will become a more efficient fat burning machine.
5. Cleanse your body of toxins. Find a good detox program.
6. Go for walks every day. Instead of driving your car to the store, take a walk, etc..
7. If you exercise at a gym, eventually you will hit a plateau where you stop burning fat. At this point, change your exercise routine.
