Just a quick check-in tonight, been home about an hour, after not seeing my house from 8 AM till 10 PM. I packed a lunch but with all the running in the afternoon and evening, I was food-less from 2:30 till almost 10, and that is usually bad, bad news for me, because I eat like a locust when food becomes available. Anyway, think I got past that tonight; we did stop at Chick Fil A but I had a salad, did not take my son's offered fries, and had fruit instead. Finally, as if a distant memory, a good choice happened!
Will try to check in with you all tomorrow evening... I am dead beat right now.
1. 1300 calories or fewer. 1270, 1140
2. Exercise 6 hours. 30 min, 0
3. New water bottle...get two down every day. Yes, 1.5
4. Eat clean. Yes, Yes
5. Take vitamins. Yes
6. Sleep 7 hours. 6 (Sunday night), 7
7. Log everything and participate in forums. Yes, Yes (participation minimal, sorry

1) 6 daily glasses of water minimum: 6,8
2) 1650 calories maximum: 1347, 1642
3) walk/gym 3x this week minimum: No, NO
4) write one hour per day MINIMUM: 1/2 hour, GRRRRRRR; Yes
5) be present and mindful: Yes, Yes
Amy, good for you with the workout! And all that green!!! Glad your DD is on the mend and I know what you mean about doctors. Your'e so funny about the therapist/cheerleader part. As for my name, I was having trouble getting any name registered on FD (my blindingly competent ccomputer skills- harhar) so to counter my frustration I tried to think of something cheerful, so why not something yellow, why not canary? Then I typed two random numbers (5 is my favorite.) Turns out, I am now 52 so Canary 52 works on that level- at least for this year. And please let me lose these ten or fifteen stinking pounds by the end of this year already. They must love me, these pounds cause they won't go away!!!
Then again could it be the kind of stress eating I've been doing? The lack of exercise? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
Joanna, I also had to go back for another mammo. One radiologist said I had "the exact profile of cancer" on a sonogram. And it turned out to be totally OK. Scared the crap out of me so I can understand the stress eating. We're rooting for you; let us know what happens, please.

Edited:
I had posted how lucky I was to have an all green Tuesday report after trading my snack of protein shake with flaxmeal for 1/4 serving of low carb pasta without first checking my food log, but then after I posted I remembered I had eaten some sugar free chocolate I hadn't logged. So I went over in my saturated fat goal, but it's not yet a failure because I'm going for an AVERAGE of 12% for the week.
Calorie limit 1500 1586, 1278
Carbs less fiber limit 25g 26.9g, 21.1g
Fiber average 25g 36g, 31g
Cholesterol limit average 250g 241mg, 208mg
Sat fat average 12% of total calories 11%, 14%
Protein average 100g 126g, 107g
Water 64 oz. about 54 oz, YES
Exercise 5 days YES, YES
