Terri, so glad you're back! I'm sorry December was so crazy for you, but, really, did you expect anything different? It is your m.o., after all . I hope your bf got good news on the job front today. Been there, done that, and it's soooo anxiety-provoking. Sounds like the job up north would be a great opportunity, and near your family, so fingers crossed for that one.

Report for today:

1. Calorie limit 1300. 1207
2. Balance pie chart. Yes
3. 25g fiber. 31
4. 4-5 fruits and veggies. 4
5. 2 sports bottles of water. Yes
6. Exercise 6 times. One
7. Take vitamins and supplements. Yes
8. Shoulder exercises every day. Yes
9. Sleep at least 7 hours. Yes

Shoulder exercises killed me tonight; rolling out those noodles did me in. But they tasted just like my grandmother's...or would have, if she has used whole wheat flour .

'Night, all . Thanks for being here.

Geez, I am pooped. Back in SoCal after a nearly perfect holiday. DH is still at the Mt house w/kitties so while it is a bit lonely, I am able to get the stuff done for me I need to get done.

Ick, Tori, so sorry about the pee-pee shoes, yup they would be in the dumpster if it were me. But what a great story. Did you know the guy? Sounds like something you could ransom for years. .

Lisa - howdy and welcome (good luck keeping up with this group - I barely manage, and sometimes I just have to fake it.)

MH - ooo la la - miss triathelete - good for you. Tell us all about it

Quinn, I am so sorry for you loss. It seems like it just popped up. Was it a total surprise?

Mern - congrats on leading DH into a healthier lifestyle. I have found with my DH, I have to lead by example - no amount of nagging, cajoling, or weadeling works.

To everyone else, lovely to see, meet, and share. Can't wait to see what gets posted tomorrow.

1. 2 pieces of fruit a day S=N(1), M=Y
2. 1 liter of just plain water
S=Y M=Y
3. No white food S=N (baked potato) M=Y
4. 1 tempo run and 1 long run
5. Measure blood pressure daily (it was waaaay high this afternoon)
S=Y, M=Y (still not where it should be)
6. Carbs less than 40%
S=Y, M=Y(just barely)
7. Total calories less than 1600 S=N (last of the holiday splurge), M=N (150 over)
OK, time for this pumpkin to hit the hay. Crossfit tomorrow AM. A girl needs her beauty rest
