Thank God they take care of feeding the dogs and letting them out to potty before school so I don't have to add that to my morning routine.
I've slept through my workout time more than once, but I can't say that I've ever napped during my workout. Wouldn't that be great though? Sleeping and working out all at the same time. I would be a beast in no time.

Maybe you should make 1/2 a batch, that way you probably won't have leftovers to bring home, right? And because you didn't make all that much, maybe you can stay out of it a little so that everybody gets some?
This is the closest that I can find to her recipe. Apparently, it's pretty popular on the college campuses because it's cheap and easy to make. Sorry for the food porn, guys! They serve it with pretzels or chunks of beer bread.

Man I am way behind on reading everything on this board!! Had my birthday yesterday and did not feel like painting the bathroom with the last coat. And even had a small scoop of ice cream to celebrate....which is huge since I can easily down a huge bowl of that stuff everyday and not get sick of it.

Will be working out at lunch again at work and then running outside tomorrow and Sat or Sun. Not sure if it was on this site that I saw this so if that's the case, ignore. But check out this website since they have great low-cal recipes. Skinnytaste

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANN!

I sure hope it was a great one . Nice job on the ice cream!

Wow, everyone's up on the exercise track this morning! Nice job, ladies! Add me to the list. Got the boy off and hit the trail near home; did the flat loop of 5 miles. It was very peaceful, still fairly (what passes for) cool, and I only ran into a few folks on horseback and some deer. Wish I had the time luxury to do that every morning.

I'm with you ladies on the cravings. I think they really get bad when my calories and carbs are too low as well. The problem is that I give in. I think I've proven to myself that it doesn't work for me to white knuckle it, so the other choice I have is to avoid it and make sure I don't get too low on either. I think that's what sunk me last week.

Happy Belated Birthday Ann!

I found out about an hour ago why I'm so tired and hungry! Ugh! Thank you Mother Nature. I just hope that I don't lose the energy that I have to have to do the work I want to get done this weekend since I took time off work to do it.

Quinn. I know everyone has already said it but..... I just want to add my tuppence worth and say your daughter sounds like a pretty head screwed on right kinda girl and that's got a lot to do with your parenting. And as she knew better than to get mixed up with the guy, she also knew that your concern that she was being mean was just another of your ways of teaching her to be a good human being, don't forget she knew you didn't know the whole story so she would expect you to be asking her why she was being rude.
Hope that all makes sense lol

Exercising whilst asleep......my partner used to have to do 4 miles every morning, he says that they were all turned out of bed, ready to go in 3 mins and off they ran and he swears he only started to wake up when they hit the showers afterwards.

Quinn. Forgot to say that I am a Packers fan, I even have a picture of me with a cheese on my head that my friend in Texas gave me when I was over. (he was English so had no Cowboy affiliation. I watch them when I can on our sports channel, and no matter who is playing we have a Superbowl party.

I was late getting up this morning and raced out without my weigh in but I will post it tomorrow.
