almeeker - bravo! Big round of applause! I'll bet you were strutting your stuff that night! You look gorgeous!!

Mike, my favourite part of plyo was when I hit the pause button. I did manage to grunt, curse and sweat my way through it, then settled in for the X Stretch, which was hugely relieving. Now I'm coasting the adrenalin high, which is totally worth it. I'm already geared up for the recovery week . . . I do have a question for you - I understand a good, old fashioned chocolate milk is a reasonable substitute for the 'recovery drink', but what if my protein powder is chocolate flavoured? Do I get to add chocolate powder to my post-workout shake, or is the chocolate flavour in my protein powder enough? How many times did you do the program?

oh my God! I can not convince myself that it's okay to eat like this. I feel like crap (probably as soft).
My goal will be in 2 parts, 1)Monday & 2) the rest of the week

Health & Fitness:
Monday: enjoy my cheat day but keep cals within +1332 of what I burn. +1165 My numbers today are a close estimate since I didn't weigh anything. But I consumed about 3345 cals and 400g of carb. I'm glad I was able to keep some self control.

Rest of the week:
1) Net Carbs below 60g/day
2) work out 3 times
3) gallon of water a day
4) take vitamin daily
5) take fish oil daily
6) -2400 cals for the 6 days

Non-Health Related
1) 3 random acts of kindness yes
2) call/email 60 prospects I think 8 (I'll verify tomorrow)

I edited my #'s b/c I went back for me.

behaze, I did 90 days then another 52 days. Chocolate milk is good but if you have whey protein powder I'd use it instead along with a fast carb like a banana. You can mix your protein with white milk or water. I make mine like a thick milkshake and it's amazing. I use either cake batter or ice cream sandwich flavor, FF cottage cheese (you can't taste it, trust me), crushed ice and milk or water and blend it in the blender until it looks like a shake. I usually use:
1 scoop of whey (about 40 grams)
60-70g of FAT FREE cottage cheese
1 - 1.5c of water or milk (depending on how thick your powder mixes)
enough ice to get it thick (probably a couple cups, I never measure it)
You can throw your banana in there or eat it.

welcome new comers!

welcome back Caroline and Hope (sorry if I missed anyone else)

Stacey, WTF?? Are you crazy? You've went from 223 to 155, don't sweat your bad day, you done awesome and you obviously know what you are doing. That shirt will fit soon enough.

Mern, those pancakes sound good. How were the macros?

before the weight loss, I'm wearing the red tank and standing on the left:

you can see the weight in my face in this photo, although I don't think I was at my heaviest yet:

this is the only semi full body shot I can find on fbook...I'm in the black shirt on the right, excuse the other two fools in the photo!

this is my face after losing the weight (as well as actually putting makeup on!):

Kudos to you ladies who've posted before and afters! Almeeker, you could fit two of you now in the old dress. Looking forward to "after" pics this summer.

Julia, your photos are awesome as well; big changes. You look sooo tiny in that profile shot! I hope we can see some wedding photos in the future also!
