Even if you eat greek yogurt you are going to put fruit in it which will raise your carbs (although this is not necessarily bad!).

What helps: whey protein powder, egg whites, non fat greek yogurt and chicken/turkey...

I just love it. Much thicker, lots of proteins, no fat and makes nice shakes. My favorite is mixing it with frozen fruit and sweetener: great ice cream =)
Great dessert and bring up my protein ratio.
