Hey! I'm a little late, but can I still jump on? My goal is 145 by April 17, 2011 so this group is perfect for me! So, I'm just going to pretend that you said yes and post my starting weigh!

Default Week 2

Congratulations resertjl! A wedding to look forward to now! Things are looking up at this end, 7 lbs this week. I will be consistently using the same scale now as I think I may have been a bit off last week at 170lbs. I love fitday, it keeps me right on track. I get to see my boo-boo's and then work on correcting these every day. My big downfall is sweets/pastries. I've cut them out and wow, what a difference! I'm also exercising now. Bye bye pounds! Can't wait to hear from all the other ladies...

Congratulations! Now you have even better motivation for the big day! Didn't lose any weight this week but didn't gain any either.

145 still

I have been really "on the program" for the past 3 weeks, tracking food faithfully, running 5 k, walking 10 k, swimming and FINALLY I saw some results today- down 2lbs-yeh!

Not any progress for what I'm doing! Stuck at 244! Eating 1100 low carb~30g/day...Oh well. I'll keep going anyways.
Short term goal 240 by 10/7/10.

Great attitude erron1570! You're in for the long haul Maybe try a new activity or switch up your calorie intake-1100 one day, 1300 the next type of thing. Keep up the good work and focus on the positives.

Here are my week 1 results:
Height: 5'8"
Starting weight: 181
Week 1: 177.5

Glad for my loss, but hoped it would be more, of course. My body likes the 177 range so I have to be really focused this week on food and exercise to get past this place on the scale.
