Try cooking that favorite food yourself at home. You can tweak parts of the recipe - and you can control portion size better. Google 'copycat fast food recipes,' for example, and you will find plenty of recipes for making some of your favorite fast foods at home.

it's easy to avoid fast food if you like cooking. I love to try new recipes and cook a lot. I've already bought garbage disposal to get rid of wastes faster. I found reviews here before purchasing. So convy.

I think it's impossible to avoid fast food by myself.

When you feel urge to eat fast food while going gym, then you must be focused on making delicious health food and trying different recipes. This will help you in staying away from fast foods and will keep you focused on the foods which are good for your health and fitness.

I think it's normal to eat fast food one time per week

Hi, Arease. Here’s my suggestion: track your foods right here on FitDay (maybe you already are...). See what you’re getting from your food. If your diet, calorie count, nutrition scores are where you want them, have a Big Mac whenever. But be aware that a fast food meal can have so much bad stuff in one serving that it whacks your day’s and even your week’s averages (salt and saturated fats, for example). You’re here on FitDay, so you care. Check it out and then make your call...

Learning to prepare your own food will make you more intentional about you eat. That really helped me when it comes to avoiding fast food. You can schedule "cheat days" when you'll indulge yourself, but also plan just how much of it you'll eat. Stick to it and eventually you'll lose your craving for it.

Don't limit your calorie intake to a too-small amount. Eat tastily, so you won't crave for fast food.
