Totally agree but I can't stop eating fast food and snacks. Recently I found universal yums reviews and ordered a lot of sweets. I tried to replace them with healthier food but it's difficult for me.

I know avoiding fast food is difficult especially when you have kind of habit eating fast food after every 1 day. But you have to do this

One more thing, never ever go behind the friend if they are keen to eat fast food. Because environment puts a lot of motivation or demotivation. So, make your environment accordingly.

Default how to avoid fast food?

Read food labels and steer clear of those that have extra sugar, too much sodium, or too much fat. Make healthy snacks and meals in advance at home using whole, fresh foods.

Starting a fitness journey doesn't mean giving up your favorite foods entirely. Moderation is key—enjoy them occasionally. Plan indulgence days to avoid overeating impulsively and watch portion sizes. Seek healthier versions or make homemade alternatives, gradually reducing your indulgence frequency. Experiment with substitutes mimicking your favorites, and keep healthy snacks around. Stay hydrated to control cravings, practice mindful eating, and consider sharing your goals with a support system. Reward yourself for milestones, but ensure these rewards align with your fitness goals, maintaining a balanced approach.

Default Meal plans

Meal plans are great for this, plan your week and make sure you either have something you can take with you or easy to cook meals ready in the fridge
