how to avoid fast food?

Heeey, oh such a difficult question, but i trying to do my best!
I try to prepare a weekly meal plan including nutritious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also try to cook at home and i try to find alternatives,discover healthier dining options such as salad bars, delis, or restaurants offering fresh and wholesome meals.

I think if you cook delicious meals at home, it will be enough. Then you can easily live without fast food.
