Hi, here I can tell you the best shoulder workout that you can do at home easily here are the few exercises that you would have to do;
- Raise your arms at a 90-degree angle for 2 minutes.
- Do 50 pushups.
- Dumbbell shoulder push press.
- Do crab walks.
- Overhead press.

It's always a bad idea to lift a weight that's too heavy for you, but doing so while doing a shoulder exercise is especially dangerous. Shoulder injuries may keep you out of action for months if you overexert them before they're ready. They're delicate and intricate joints that are difficult to target.
