32g of raw broccoli = .8g of fiber
32g of NM Peanut Butter = 4g of fiber (20x the amount)
So for the same weight the PB has 5 times the fiber.
How about protein?
32g of canned tuna = 8.2g of protein
32g of NM Peanut Butter = 10g of protein
How about healthy fats (Omega-3... you know, the stuff that's found in fish oil?)
32g of canned tuna = .176g of Omega-3
32g of NM Peanut Butter = 4.1g of Omega-3 (23x times the amount in fish)
I think I may make me a PB&J when I get back from the gym!

Well, after being miserable and sick and contraction-y all of Wed and Thurs I'm scared to work out again. I'm working on building up my daily running around/standing activities. In the mean time, I've been putting more junk and carbs in my mouth like kettle corn, pizza, a cupcake (it was realllly good though!), way too much PB and jelly!
I think tomorrow I think I'll try some light exercises and try to get back on track for eating healthy.
Original Goals:
1. Exercise 4x - Y, Y, N, N, N
2. No trans fats Y, Y, Y, Y, N (fake creamer)
3. Emphasize proteins, veggies at every meal except breakfast Y, pretty good, N (m&ms and chex mix), Y, N -- too much pizza, popcorn, PB, and a cupcake
4. Stay hydrated and do lower back stretches The day I stayed home sick I realized my mouth was so dry and even my eyeballs felt dry so I chugged water , about 8 liters a day for 2 days and have been feeling much better! I guess pregnant women need lots more water!

I just got back from the gym. had a quick but awesome workout. I didn't have a blast today (although I said blizzard earlier) and I think I'll have a gala apple and some PB, if the peanut gallery approves.

Applesauce sounds good. Did you decide to break down and make Quinn a loaf of banana nut bread?
Tomorrow I'll be out all day for the NDSS Buddy walk. I'll have a both set up b/c we are a sponsor so I'll be stuck there. I hope I can find something that a vender is making that's 1/2 way decent.

i am thisclose to having a turkey and avocado sandwich. will not stay on this dukan diet. i can see that. i miss fruit and grains. prolly just go to bed for now. fibro kicking my butt around the block. hey come back (that's me chasing the butt the fibro is kicking around the... get it... oh never mind)
