I've found that 1 or 2 strips of bacon over the weekend really fits well into my diet. It is one of those foods I just love, but am happy to eat in moderation. I still fry it, but definitely toss...

Most of the easy food around the hotel is "brown" as in batter dipped and deep fried. But with some searching we found an amazing tapas place last night. Lots of fresh food...

Hectic morning

I'm afraid I had to resort to a prepared protein shake after my work out. But I guess it's better than the Carl's Jr breakfast burrito with a side of hashbrowns (800+calories) I was hankering for :D
