Congratulations on losing 10 lbs and as you have issue with workouts so watch what you eat and add fruits and vegetables more in your meal plans. Drink more water than routine, have green tea and limit beverages. Do not eat late, manage stress and have proper sleep. Toplevelfit boot camp |
