Hi there! I am MJ and I am new to FitDay! I really need to get healthy and shed some pounds! I love the sound advice you have given regarding apples, oranges, strawberries, grapefruit, eggs, etc. These could be great snack foods, too!
Any other tips would be great!

Are they you have given were weught loss tips. I handn't heard those type of tips till now. Weight loss by apple and egg were really interesting. I'll definitely try this. Thanks for those fabulous tips.

Weight lose is not a difficult task. I have some simple tips for weight lose.
1. Avoid fast food and eat natural food
2. Drink fresh fruit juice daily
3. Eat well and balanced diet food like fruits and vegetables
4. Do exercise regularly
5. Drink green tea and try to drink lot of water during a day.
