Good advice on the apples. I just started taking apple pectin supplement so that I can get the benefit without the added calories.

Thanks for the info about apples and other fruits and eggs : ) I've recently switched to egg whites in the morning and they are powerful little protien bombs

I have at least two eggs pretty much every day, and have for the past couple of years--doesn't seem to have stopped me from losing weight :D
Now, they are from my own chickens, but I don't think that makes much difference (though I do burn some calories taking care of them). Regards, Michael |
