Yes, I used to drink green tea at early in the morning and rest all time according to my mood, because these include improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other impressive benefits.

Green tea?

I tried green tea. It didn't appear to work for me.

a friend just asked me about this the other day. . . . .think the secret like so many things is finding a combination that works for you. Green tea on its own is just not for everyone. With a combination of teas though it is really good.

I've never tried it, but I have a lot of friends who drink it regularly, although they don't need to lose weight, and they admire it! It's a "natural" drink with a lot of benefits to your body which makes it unique.

I'd say the best thing about green tea is it's antioxidant properties because it's really good at getting rid of free radicals which more or less are known to speed up aging

They said green tea is good for detox, or any kind of tea. I'm trying to find the best one yet but everything seems to be all similar. I came across into different websites every now and then, but i'm worrying about the side effects. I know that teas are organic but sometimes, they could result of stomach pain or hunger-- resulting in too much food intake just to satisfy that. I came across in The Red tea detox ad, but I think that it's too good to be true. what do you guys think? Should I try it? Or maybe you could give me some suggestions? I don't know, but this Link removed seems to make a good review about it. Thank you for your responses:)
