Green tea works really well. there are other benefits too. But I don't like its taste

Tea the word itself says that it is a Beverage .... it wont add pounds on your waist and neither it will benefit you to a great extent.
It will help you detoxify your body and additional to it will hydrate your body because apart from your regular water intake you are adding extra warm water to your diet which will ultimately help in Detoxifying your body. |

Yes i am drinking herbal tea for a while and it has made a dramatic effect on my health. Moreover one of the reason for using green tea is it comes in different flavours and it has lot of health benefits. It feels light and is very good antioxidant.

Yes, I am drinking it but it alone cannot do wonders to your body shape. You have to follow a right diet and exercise regimen to make it work.
However, it has been very effective for belly fat and facial fat for me. My skin has started glowing too! |
I like green tea, it burns fat, yesterday I drank it and it made me so hungry in the afternoon, I should drink it as the best appetite suppressant before meal.
