I like to drink green tea in the morning after breakfast
 
Green tea is a best kind of drink, but too many of it will affect your sleep. So we should drink it in the morning. Maybe it is a really good part of a good diet. What are the good diet or good habits? We all know everyone knows, but most of us can't keep a long period.
get a good diet and good sleep. and more you also should make workouts with professional fitness equipment, just like the Life fitness, Cybex, or Triumph fitness equipment.
Better equipment, higher efficiency your training.,for the Accurate, scientific design

Only drinking green tea doesn't work you have to follow a low carb diet special no carbs in night and workout regularly

I was drinking green tea but that was not suitable for my stomach that’s why I quit. Nowadays I drink detox water, which is a very effective way to lose weight.
