I'm 18, 5'6", 330 pounds. That's hard for me to type...
My ultimate goal is to get to 150. That's the 'healthy weight' for my height and gender, but I would be happy weighing 230, which seems achievable if I keep up with my program.
So, 100 pounds to loose. I can totally do it.

5'9" and 79kg. The aim is to get to roughly 70kg within one month. I was 70kg around this time last year, however a good chunk of the weight gain was in muscle mass, and so I may meet my optimum weight-to-strength ratio before hitting 70kg. Playing it by ear.

K so I am starting out at about 153.5 and 65.5 inches.
My short term goal is to be at 150 by my birthday on July 19.
My Medium(?) term goal is to be at 140 by the end of August.
My long term goal is to be at 135 with a muscular body by haloween.
I know it isnt a drastic change because i am 25.4 DMI (2.8 pounds overwieght), but I do not like being in an overwieght catagory. I salute you to the sucsessful people in losing 50+ pounds. I am amazed.
