I weigh me this morging and i weigh 143 pound so i lost in 2 day's 6.6 pounds . I think it is hard to do work outs if it is cold outside so have anyone of you tips you can work out inside our work outs that make you warm but are not as hard to do for outside ?

Wink Weekly Weigh In ?

Hello -
I know that I'm responding to an old thread but I'm just now joining the site today after being away from it for about 10 years now. Anyway, I'm looking to continue my weight loss journey and needed some help of understanding friends. Is anyone here currently doing the weekly weigh in? Would love to join...Thanks!
