I am just starting today. I need some encouragement to keep going and some accountability!!!! I have gotten so lazy. I eat eat and don't move at all.

I would love to join your weigh in also. I was 177.5 on Monday. I will switch my weigh in day to Friday. Great job everyone!!!

Last Friday 210.5. (started at 216 January 25)

Ok..so I m new here too..I really want to make this weight loss work this time. I need some motivation because i eat when i am stressed.so guys pls help me out.
My first weigh in is 185, I have been doing aerobics+cardio for this starting week.

Hi everyone. I've tried everything and have not been able to lose my weight. I need help and am hoping you can all give me that. I am weighing in today at 240 lbs. I need to lose 75 pounds and would like to do it in one year. Can I join?

I am there with you....just starting myself. Support from others means a lot. I don't have that at home. I mean my husband supports whatever I decide to do, but it's not the same as a women supporting you. If I can do this...you can!
