I just bought a box of All Bran Bran Buds in the discount cart at the grocery store. I added a serving (70 cals) to a 0% Greek Yogurt for snack. Yum! I need to add some more fiber to my diet. This may be the ticket. I don't think I would want to eat them just with milk but I love some crunch in my yogurts.

April-I love retail therapy! Alcohol and Retail Therapy are my two favorite therapies!! I went in looking for some tops, cause everything I own I am swimming in. I came out with 2 sweaters and 2 pairs of shoes Everything picked up looked better on the hanger, or wasn't "me". I plan on hitting a couple of more stores tomorrow. I'll post some pics later. Right now, there's a cat chasing a bug and she's about to drive me batty.

Thanks ladies. I sure hope I get this bonus, it could be a huge change for me. They say that most people don't make it past the first couple years (I think it's something like 97%) in my line of work. Once you hit the 5th year it's supposed to get easier. I just turned 5 and it is still a struggle (financially) but is getting better. My "system" that I've developed for prospecting about a year ago has made it easier. In the past I was buy leads at $10-$15 a pop and was selling a couple policies a month. Now I don't buy crap and I've been selling 3-4 a week. It's nice to actually have people call me back wanting to do business with me instead of dodging my call b/c they went on some website and "accidentally" requested info.
So for those that don't know... when you're on a website and you click on the little thing that says "Free Insurance Quote." or "Paying too much for car insurance?". Your information is sold to numerous insurance agents for usually $10-$15 just so they can have the opportunity to try to contact and sell you insurance. Damn I'm glad I'm out of that garbage.

So, funny story. I'm checking my facebook a few minutes ago and my 13 year old niece messages me. We're chitchatting and she says something like "so, have you found me another uncle yet?" (she's determined to get me married off so she can have more cousins) I told her no, and kind of laughed. And now she's wanting to hook me up with one of her friends' dad! kids

Cassie I miss them also and main80 too hopefully they are still reading and on track.
April I love bran buds they are a staple in my diet I also add them to yogurt, they are really good with a sliced up banana and a touch of milk also.
Tori Enjoy your new clothes I cannot wait to get back to work and have some fun money again.
Mike Poor unsuspecting people who knew, well I know now and I will be more careful with my clicking. I am being pestered by the“ do you have debt” people right now I wonder if its from being on all the job boards and job find sites.
My roast dinner was really good and I think I may be full for the first time this week I will not be getting any wine because I ate a Yorkshire pudding but it was so worth the calories.

Morning everyone( or whatever time you have) it's Saturday and THE most dangerous day of the week for me. Friday, which is the second worst, had me coming in at around 1800, and that was because of the late night snack that I just couldn't live without.
I have now girded my loins and am ready to take on today and win, well at least I'll try to keep it as low as I can.
April. Let us know what you decided to wear tonight with piccie if possible.
I have been nudged by the cat to put my iPad down and give him space on my lap for a cuddle so I'll check in later.

I'm with you, Lizzie. Need to be strong this weekend. Yesterday was a big slip up and I need to get my head back in the right place.
Weekend Warrior goals:
1. Stick to 1200 calories.
2. Exercise 3 times.
3. 3 sports bottles of water each day.
4. Finish two eval reports (it's a stretch but, go big or stay home, right?)
5. Take the boy driving at least once and be patient.
6. Journal briefly before eating/snacking.
7. Time to clean out the fridge!
Have a great one, y'all
