I've already cut the grass and I have a big ass pot of cabbage soup on the stove. This should hold me over until I fire up the grill tonight.

Actually I should correct myself, I'm sure that some may have thought that it meant mental girl. JUST KIDDING (but that was good, huh?)

Are we already friends on facebook? Congrats on the 3 miles and keeping your diet in check. We already knew that you slacked off last night, slacker.

Have my 5 hours exercise in for the week -- anything more this weekend is bonus.

Calories have been closer to 1800 than 1500 however still healthy food.

I deserve bonus points for passing up wherthers hard candies all week. I can't stop if I start and I was exposed to them 4 days this week as they keepp them in the law library at the courthouse. Lately I've been picking up several everytime i'm in. This week I walked past them about 15 times without taking any. I figure tha saved me about 40 of them at 20 calories each. 20 calories is nothing -- 20 X 40 is 1/4 pound!

Off to play Mary
Congrats on the good week so far but no bonus points given out this week for passing up wherthers, sorry. Oh wait, let me double check. Nope, didn't see that on the list, sorry.

Terri, play dress up today and tomorrow and I'll let you off on parole for next week. That's letting you off easy! Deal?

Terri, it's nice to see that your green light is back on. Hey if you want to try a rough ab routine, try p90x's ab ripper x!

If you do I don't want to hear you cry about how it's 12 minutes of pure misery!

Ok - deal - but with one caveat: I am in the midst of cleaning house so I'm wearing a ratty T-shirt and no makeup right now (though if I do say so myself my hair looks DARLING in pigtails). If I change and put on makeup for the evening with BF, is that okay?

I may do p90x one of these days when I'm closer to my weight goal, but I'll definitely keep that one in mind!

Yep that's cool. Don't expect you to get made up to clean the house.

Survived ribfest with No beer and only a small amount of ribs, pulled pork and B`Bque chicken 3 hours of walking so should balance out. Doing well on calories so far as RibFest was dinner. Mary

Nice job, Mary! Sounds like tempting waters to navigate. You did well!

Mike, nice deficit you got going there . I see the 0 there...hope it was worth it. Enjoy grilling out tonight.

Terri, kudos to you for cleaning this weekend. Better woman than I .

We just got back from hiking. It was a challenging one; 5-mile loop, lots of uphill and down and rock faces. I would say it took 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I broke in my new trail shoes and they did well. The weather was gorgeous today and I was glad to be out in it. But I know I'll feel it tomorrow.
