Wednesday was okay...calories in = calories out, but at least didn't exceed.

5. Limit the cookies and put them in the food log. Haha No No Yes - kept away from them all day! Yes - but I had a run on chocolate peppermints...

I hit goal back in May, and have kept it off because I log everthing on FitDay daily. I use it to make sure I have eaten the right amount of calories and a nutrious balance. My resolutions are
1. to be sure to keep doing Fitday daily.
2. measure/weigh all the food I cook at home
3. if I eat out, I will only eat half
4. remember that I can have whatever I want to eat, but not as much as I would like
5. recommit to the treadmill.
I am ready!

3. Daily Wiifit Plus - new Xmas toy! yesyesyesNo, but ran outside in the slush.
4. 5 frts/veg's per dayyesnoyesyes
5. Multivitamin dailyyesnoyes
Weighed in at 133.6# today, which means I'm back on track. Been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds for 2 months or so.
HAPPY NEW YEARS to everyone! Eat, drink and be merry, but check back in by Sunday when the new thread will start.

Not a great day yesterday; out with friends for Chinese, and that's so hard to calculate. I was probably a little over but not horribly so. Although I am really resenting my jeans being tight and I need to get serious (again). How five days could do such damage is beyond me. I'm fighting off a cold but it is rather mild today, so hopefully I can get the boy out for an hour of tennis or so...

Seems like the best I am able to do this week is to keep to maintenance. That's been true in the past after big slips, but I find myself getting cranky that I can't cut back and drop what I put on. I guess I'm just impatient. I did put about 4 dozen leftover cookies in the freezer today and hopefully I will forget about them
