I think one of the things that I like about Fitday, is that you can read how other people are going through similar struggles, whether it be about foods eaten or not eaten, exercise or life issues....

2. Do extra sit ups if watching tv at night.yes, yes,no
3. Eat more veggies. yes,yes,sort of
