Hey all! I'm a crockpot user and I love it—maybe a bit too much. I'm thinking of purchasing a sous vide, but I'm not sure if it just works like instant pots. Which one do you find more helpful in preparing healthy meals? Would having both be redundant? Thanks!

To be honest, I also think to buy a slow cooker for myself. They say that cereals and whole wheat flour are well prepared in it.
