Default Sous Vide or Instant Pot?

Hey all! I'm a crockpot user and I love it—maybe a bit too much. I'm thinking of purchasing a sous vide, but I'm not sure if it just works like instant pots. Been reading comparisons (like this simple one: https://www.meccanohome.com/sous-vid...hould-you-use/) but of course I want to know actual experience from real users. Which one do you find more helpful in preparing healthy meals? Would having both be redundant? Thanks!

To be honest, I also think to buy a slow cooker for myself. They say that cereals and whole wheat flour are well prepared in it.

Sometimes, amazon reviews are helpful. People review individual items but they also make statements about the general usefulness of the products.

Friends, a very good forum, the main thing is not to pollute it with advertising.
