I see this thread is 3 years old. EMRs are in wide use and I love them. I was in mine this past week checking my blood test results. My cholesterol is creeping up there so I'm more cognizant of what's going in my tummy.

I'm lucky in that I have a pool in my backyard. I've discovered if I open my fingers wide and move my arms through the water in different ways I can get a real good arm, shoulder and back workout. I set up my Kindle with Pandora going and move my arms through the water for a specific number of songs. With this heat, this is a wonderful way to work out and cool off at the same time.
