What's your weight and height?
How much calorie you have per day?
What kind of your job? Standing or sitting all day?
Don't be guilty for a bit of snack. Take a easy. Maybe you're just not as slim as the models on INS

If you can't stop, use a few tricks.
Make sure you eat a satisfying snack! A good mix of protein, healthy fats and veggies is the perfect combo. Focusing on real, whole foods is key too because most processed food (aka junk food) is loaded with additives that make it impossible for you to stop munching after one bite.

Don't skip breakfast. In fact, don't let yourself get overly hungry any time. Hungry is good, starving is Temptation City. Do everything you can to avoid sugar. Accept that sugar is cocaine and reconcile yourself to living without it. Occasional treats are a no-no; your brain will kick right back in on its sugar crave. Eat lots of high-quality protein -- red meat, fish, eggs. Protein suppresses appetite.
Accept the very tough truth that to lose weight -- especially if you have a lot to lose -- cannot be done painlessly.
