I'm so fat. I can't stop eating. I need help.

What's your weight and height?
How much calorie you have per day? What kind of your job? Standing or sitting all day? Don't be guilty for a bit of snack. Take a easy. Maybe you're just not as slim as the models on INS |
If you want to get fit and loose your fats then you have to eat minimum and should need to follow a daily routine of workout and exercise...
|
I totally understand you, I'm also always eating snacks! But I try to replace some sandwiches and chocolate with nuts or low calories apple crisps
|
Instead of trying to stop eating, you should replace what you eat. If you have been eating high in calorie snacks, replace them with fruits and nuts to maintain healthy body weight, satisfy your cravings, and become healthy.

this ones a golden tip

If you can't stop, use a few tricks.
Make sure you eat a satisfying snack! A good mix of protein, healthy fats and veggies is the perfect combo. Focusing on real, whole foods is key too because most processed food (aka junk food) is loaded with additives that make it impossible for you to stop munching after one bite. |
Are you eating from boredom or from stress? Those are some sources of 'can't stop eating' urges, too.

Don't skip breakfast. In fact, don't let yourself get overly hungry any time. Hungry is good, starving is Temptation City. Do everything you can to avoid sugar. Accept that sugar is cocaine and reconcile yourself to living without it. Occasional treats are a no-no; your brain will kick right back in on its sugar crave. Eat lots of high-quality protein -- red meat, fish, eggs. Protein suppresses appetite.
Accept the very tough truth that to lose weight -- especially if you have a lot to lose -- cannot be done painlessly. |
