you can eat much but jusr real food, not junk in packages. Think if the pilgrims had access to it, it's ok for you to eat. So lean meats, veggies, fruits, etc... Move more. Start counting your daily steps. Progressively do more over time. Get a gym membership if you wish to put some muscle on your body. There are plenty of basic beginner routines, but the most important thing is to just through the door and solidify that habit of going. Once you're there, you'll at least do something. And you can try some supplements that can help you build your muscle. i've used Muscle Builder from sotalix. Energy and confidence are crazy good, and I've taken it for 3 days. Noticed a huge benefit.

Snacking can be such a tricky habit to manage, especially when it feels like the options are endless and so tempting. I’ve been reading about snack trends 2024, and it’s fascinating how many healthier alternatives are popping up—things like high-protein chips, veggie crisps, and even dessert-style protein bars. It’s helped me rethink snacking as something that can fuel my day rather than derail it. Maybe it’s about finding snacks that fit into your goals rather than cutting them out completely? A little balance goes a long way!
