I started off on fire and had slipped up the last week and a half.
1) Lose 2 pounds (starting weight 219.8 ):
2) 100 oz water per day:

and that is about it.
The focus is on exercise and mindful eating. I am renewing my interest in habits, which adds reading (all those books about habits!) to the pile of projects I have.
