I'm up a bit from Friday, but down from last Monday, so I call that a win! 
We've got 8 more weeks in this challenge and I have 10.6 lbs. to lose in that time....meaning I need to lose more than 1 lb. per week to hit my goal. It's going to be tough, but I'm determined to do my very best to achieve that goal I set!

This is not easy!
congratulations to all who lose.
It seems like I gain if I only smell a pizza!
We were invited out 2 times to eat.
My goal this week is to lose .5 pound, drink water, eat good healthy food.
try to relax,( been lots of stress lately) maybe that's why its hard to lose.
