I'm pissed. I was down to 133.2 until I HAD to get sushi and went off for 4 days. Grrrrr. I also feel crappy from the sodium/carb laden food I've been eating. Back up on the wagon. There I go. Pull me up.

I'm up from last Monday....heck I'm even up from Friday! It's at these times where you have to keep the faith, dig in your heels and refuse to give in to negative feelings. I got this!

I messed up really bad this week end. It was the evenings that got to me. I had some bad news on Friday night and I was eating my feelings because of it. I just need to get my head straight and carry on.

Libby, I really hope you are doing ok and that things will be all right. Thinking about you!

Here's my deal. I'm up. I knew I would be; however, I'm not up as high as 2nd week into this thing. See the semicolon after 259.6 in my list? That means it was my period week. I'm marking those weigh-ins with a semicolon so I can track those fluctuating weeks. This week? it's here again. Although I did eat a lot over the weekend and probably deserve some of that gain, I know part of it is because of bloat and will go away.
