Spring Challenge...Thinner, Healthier, Better You

Here we are nearing the end of our New Year Challenge. Let's ramp up this last week, go out with a bang and jump right into our next challenge. I don't find any need to put time in between them because for me that's just a week or two that I'm not focused on a specific goal.
Weigh Ins...every Monday
Length...12 weeks, ending March 28, 2016
Rules? Just make a goal for yourself, throw some exercise in there if you can and tell us about it. Tell us your successes and triumphs along the way. And if you stumble? We'll be here for you for that too.

Libby, that would be fine with me. Then like the Friday weigh in we can see what everyone is doing in one post and we don't have to go searching for our post from the week before to copy it. What about like this where we put our goal at the end and add the current week before the end goal? I would like to see my start/goal together. Tell me your thoughts on that idea.

I'M IN!!! But to be honest.....I'm terrified to weigh in....but I will. I also promise to stick this one out even if I'm not doing well. I will not bury my head in the sand but own up to my successes and my struggles. I will aim for 12 lbs. in 12 weeks!!
Libby, I like your idea of setting it up like the Friday weigh in.
