I lost nearly 5 lbs since last Monday AND I even went down over the weekend from Friday's weigh in! I don't think I've ever gone down over a weekend before. I'm soooooo excited! And, I'm still on track to reach my goal. When I started I needed to lose 2 lbs/wk. I'm a little better than that now at 1.8lbs/wk. I hope I can keep this up! Debbie, wow! you go girl! I know how stubborn weight is for you, so that kind of loss is truly remarkable! good for you! |

I must ask myself why I think that eating food that not only makes me gain weight but also makes me feel boated and crappy and keeps me up at night, is a "treat"? Goals for this week: 1) 6 glasses of water minimum, keep track 2) don't buy into other's stress 3) treat myself well by eating cleaner |

man oh man this is hard! I've got to hand it to all of us trying to lose,. I knew its hard but whooa!! 10/9 =169.0 10/26 =167.2 11/2 =166.6 11/9=165.2 11/16= goal 164 ( water class 3 x's - walk 3 x's - water 64 oz. - food journal no eating after 9:30- watch dinners close for amount eaten ) Wishing everyone a wonder happy day. now I'm off to water aerobics' class. |

Hi all :) I chose to skip the scale this morning. I'm feeling bloated from the weekend and didn't want to feel discouraged, so opted out. I do have to weigh in next Monday regardless of how I feel since it's the final DietBet weigh in. Hope I make my goal!
