I did it! I surpassed my goal by .2 lbs.! I'm PMSing, so I don't know if this will stick and I fluctuate like crazy, but for today...SUCCESS!

I know I didn't eat 7000 calories above and beyond what I burned over the weekend. Yes, I had some pizza and yes, I had some cookies, but other than that I was pretty good. So sad. I probably won't make my goal. I have to lose 2.5lbs/week to reach it. That doesn't sound feasible. And on top of that Thanksgiving is this week. I'm positive I'll have another gain because I'm not going to torture myself and not indulge in pie...and probably a sliver of every one available! I guess if I'm not willing to give up the pie then I can't be sad over not making my goal. It's all about choices. Thanksgiving is the only time of year I get pie. ok, I'm done bitching. |
Debbie and Libby, you ladies did fantastic this week! Debbie, so proud of you for making your goal. You worked for it and you achieved it!
