Ha! I'm allergic to peanuts so those have absolutely zero yummy appeal to me!

Damn, Sam. I just ate lunch and I'm not happy about it. I went with a friend to an Italian restaurant we go to occasionally; the dish I always get is linguine with marinara, but you can substitute whole wheat penne. I asked for penne with marinara and she brought me regular (semolina) penne. Since I didn't technically ask for the wheat, I didn't feel right sending it back.
So to make myself feel better I ate two pieces of bread. BTW, it didn't help
Now I have to figure out how to make room for it in my pie chart and plan a protein and fiber-heavy dinner!

You're doing a great job keeping focused! I, on the other hand, have just 4-5 lbs. of holiday weight to get rid of and I just can't seem to wrap my head around it. Eating really healthy... just can't give myself that extra push to lose. Maybe I'm developing ADD in my middle age... hmmmm
