Default Broccoli & Rice - How do you make 'em?

Broccoli, and brown whole grain rice are 2 big staples of my diet. I eat alot of both in a week. (Sometimes together). As much as I lik both, I'm looking for other ways to prepare them so that my meals my be a little different here and there and not always taste the same. I've added a little oil, garlic salt and basil to my rice at times, and I love fajita seasoning on broccoli. (trust me, try it). But, I've tired of these now too.....

Any suggestions?

Toss in some coconut oil, red bell peppers, peanut sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, whole basil leaves, ouala! Instant Thai stir-fry!

My rules:
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.

Add chopped tomatoes and parmesan cheese, stuff inside peppers and bake.
