day 2 of new journey
I walked 2 miles this morning and lifted weights for 30 mins.
This is a new journey I'm starting. I'm 53 and 100 lbs overweight. I'm going to push myself to walk, at least, 2 miles each day for 90 days straight.

3 mile run, 1 mile walk in the surf, on the beach tonight, 20 minutes heavy lifting, plus played with and took care of my 7 rescue dogs, 8 rescue cats and bird!
Just sitting down for the first time since I woke up this morning.
Too hyper to even think about sleeping!

Today I pulled my 1 year old niece around the block on the sled for about half an hour, and then skipped rope for a few seconds. Got in 35 before I missed today. Working on reaching 50. My dream goal is to be able to skip rope for a 5 minutes or longer.
