Saturday I did a workshop at the yoga studio working towards back bends using the ropes. It wasn't too strenuous, but challenging to the old stiff back ;). Sunday was lots of gardening. The chores never really end, but I have finished all of the critical ones like irragation repair. Now I am just on to improvements and trying a few new plants. Enjoy your Sunday evening, 'cuz it's back to the grind on Monday :D |

I walked 2.5 miles today and did 30 minutes of cardio. not a bad start for a beginner.

Nanci Q sounds like a great walk – carrying water is key! Mary – I have great childhood memories of my New Hampshire cousin’s telling scary bear stories – I thought they were just ghost stories, but then I realized the grown ups were scared too!
Tunnrida – seems regular as always – Welcome Kjlocker! Sounds like nice cardio Pam. Yesterday I didn’t make it to a computer, but did make it to the gym – nice fast mile run followed by weight training. Today was spinning, while I say I don’t find this instructor inspriing, I do work very hard in her class, set mileage records, and sweat up a strom. |

I try to workout in the morning before work, but a few days now that hasn't been happening, and I end up doing it when I get home. I'm on my feet all day at work, and I'd rather be tired at work than tired when I want to work out. Makes it REALLY hard to get motivated.
