Stay strong, Abby Today I get to go into the forest for some field work. This hiking isn't very long or strenuous, but if will be nice to get outside. Yoga tonight. Given the stress I woke up with this morning, both the field work and yoga will be my saving grace so I don't end up blessing a couple of my colleagues out over the phone :mad: |
great workouts
Everyone here seems to be doing just super with their exercises. Did my regular 1 hr walk after work, and went a smidge further, still in an hour, so I guess I'm walking a tad faster. My back also stopped hurting so my guess is that my muscles needed to tighten up.
My manager also got us out at lunch and we did 1.1 miles. Made sure I grabbed my pedometer when I went out for the sunglasses. :D Planning for a longer walk in the morning. Will try to remember to take water with me. Did 5 miles last weekend and I think that was pushing it a bit. Will see though. Nanci |
90 minute hike. Now trying to figure out if it was a dead bear we saw at the bottom of a waterfall. Mary

It did make me nervous walking back as we had to go back down to the river. From the pictures I think it was a very bloated beaver. Hard to tell from the distance. I know there are bears in the area however don't like to be reminded. Now to figure out todays exercise. It should be cleaning out junk.
